Bo Duke Returns to Play Golf on Spike TV

The network that brings you such thought-provoking shows such as “Manswers” and “1000 Ways to Die” is now creating a touching new show for golf fans everywhere.
Spike TV is proudly introducing “The Back Nine”, starring John Schneider, who played the legendary Bo Duke in “The Dukes of Hazzard”. Schneider will play Ronnie Barnes, a hard-drinking, larger-than-life, washed-up former U.S. Open golf champion. Bo Duke will travel the country competing in small-time tournaments with his oddly named caddy “Tiger”, looking to return to the PGA Tour.
Schneider is a 55 year-old actor, singer, screenwriter and film producer. No word on whether he’s played golf before.
Spike put the “Back Nine” script on the fast track almost a year ago. The Tiger character was part of that early script and preceded by more than a year Woods’ November car crash that opened the floodgates to allegations about his extramarital affairs.

2That is right! (Actually he will not be 50 until April 8th.) He said that he was older than he was to get on the Dukes.
