What is your maximum potential as a golfer? A relatively new field of study is now gaining popularity that can help you understand and correct your biomechanical faults, while lowering your golf score.
A Golf Body Screen is a physical examination, often conducted by a golf performance specialist, of the golfer’s body mechanics in relation to the biomechanics of the golf swing. Golf performance specialists are not golf teaching professionals, however they take care of the golfer’s body while golf teaching professionals take care of the golfer’s swing.
A Golf Body Screen helps identify the golfer’s body’s biomechanical faults throughout the entire swing. Once the body’s biomechanical faults are identified and discovered, the golf performance specialist will then establish a golf specific exercise program to correct the physical dysfunctions identified and discovered on the body screen. The goal is to achieve maximum golf potential by connecting the golfer’s body’s biomechanics to the proper biomechanics of the golf swing.
